Genaro and his wife Sonia provide exceptional service and truly saved the day for us!

We had originally rented a car from another company, but when we went to pick it up, the vehicle wasn’t working properly. Finding another available rental on a Sunday morning in Las Terrenas turned out to be extremely difficult. After walking around and calling different places with no luck, my husband found Genaro Rent a Car.

From the moment we contacted them, Genaro and Sonia went above and beyond to help us. They were welcoming, professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. What started as a stressful morning quickly turned around because of them.

It’s rare to find this level of personal service, especially when you’re traveling and need help at the last minute. We are incredibly grateful we found them and would 100% rent from Genaro again.

If you’re looking for a reliable car rental in Las Terrenas with people who actually care about their customers, skip the other companies and call Genaro and Sonia. Highly recommended!

Lovely little family run car rental agency. We showed up without reservation and they found us a car. Nothing fancy but it got us to the surf and kitesurfing spots. Also dropped me off back at my hotel after returning the car which was not expected but definitely helpful.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Don Genaro and his lovely family.

His customer service was outstanding, his team was attentive and incredibly generous.

Don’t hesitate to rent a vehicle from him, he will make sure to rescue you if anything goes wrong on the road too.

Terrific attention to detail.

It was a pleasure to meet such a great family, specially Mateo 😊
